It is our company independent research and development,, manufacturing of high performance, high stability, high yield of system-level turret chip strip sorting machine. Manually place the wafer cassette loaded with wafer into the loading area (Elevator) of the machine, and the machine will automatically complete the loading of wafer and the expansion of wafer blue film. The chip is sucked and docked with the suction nozzle on the big turret through the flipper, and then the test is carried out at each station, and the chip that passes the test is put into the tape braided mechanism for receiving material.
